2023-24 Team Pictures - RESCHEDULED

This year’s picture day for CYBO has been rescheduled for Tuesday December 12th and Wednesday December 13th, 2023 (see schedule below)

402 Wheatfield Street
York PA 17403. 

For those that were involved with CYBO last year, this is the same company and location as last year’s picture day. 

There will be no paper forms to fill out and bring with you to the picture time.  Orders can be placed online (Order Form) for your convenience, any time prior to photo day. They can also be placed up to 1 week following photo day for it to be completed and delivered with the rest of the organization’s orders.  Additional orders can be placed at any time thereafter via the same link.  Even if you do not intend on ordering photos, we request that your player still attend picture day so they can be a part of the team composite picture. 

The uniform color for the picture will be determined and communicated by your team’s coach prior to picture day so that you know which side to have facing out upon arrival.  

If your player is not able to make it on photo day, you may contact Tim or Jen at Orendorff Studios directly by phone (717-430-1296) or email ([email protected]) to schedule a makeup session before the scheduled photo day or no later than Wednesday December 20 to still be included in the team photo. 

Teams are scheduled for assigned 15-minute blocks. We ask that you arrive to the studio 5-10 minutes before your team’s scheduled time in order to keep the evening moving, but not too early that the studio becomes overcrowded.

5:30pm - 6th Grade Girls (Junior A)
5:45pm - 4th Grade Boys (Rink A)
6:00pm - 6th Grade Boys (Junior A)
6:15pm - 3rd Grade Boys (Rink B)

Wednesday December 13
6:30pm - 3rd Grade Girls (Rink B)
6:45pm - 5th Grade Girls (Junior B)
7:00pm - 5th Grade Boys (Junior B)
7:15pm - 4th Grade Girls (Rink A)
7:30pm - 7th/8th Grade Boys (Senior)
